Service Description

I am a certified Personal Trainer, Ante and Post Natal Fitness Instructor. Working on and creating Beckfit outdoor fitness classes was my motivation to a personal journey of keeping fit and healthy; during the past year whilst under Covid restrictions I decided to pursue further with my passion for outdoor fitness, to gain knowledge and qualification in the fitness industry. I'm committed to creating a successful and trusting partnership with my clients, giving them the best support to achieve a rewarding and sustainable results. My aim is to inspire others to build healthier habits and gain confidence in their bodies. I offer 1 to1 personal training with programme designed according to clients' goals, individual ante and post natal sessions for expectant and new mothers.
