Are Beckfit classes suitable for my fitness level?
Beckfit classes are suitable for everyone and all fitness levels. Throughout the session instructors will provide alternative level of intensity on exercises.
Where are Beckfit classes located?
Beckfit classes run in Beckenham Place Park, nearest entrance is BPP road (private road) gate and the sign is always displayed to spot location. You can find a map and link for directions on the website welcome page.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All you need to bring is a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated. Exercise mat is optional, some of exercise routines involve floor work.
Powerbands are provided for Wednesday and Saturday classes.
How do I book Beckfit classes?
Head over to page BOOK SERVICES and choose the class you wish to attend and follow easy steps to complete the booking.
How do I manage my Block Booking?
Once you purchase the Block Booking, allocation is managed via your own account using the credits to reserve space in the class. Please remember to log in to be able to see and use your block allocation.
Can I PAYG for Beckfit classes?
Booking is required to reserve space in the class, you have a choice of booking a single class or purchasing Block of classes at a discounted price. We do not accept cash payments.
Can I reschedule or cancel the class if I am unable to attend?
Booking can be rescheduled via your account on the website and requires minimum of 3 hours notice. Cancellation policy is 24 hours for a refund.
When can I join Buggy Fitness classes after having a baby?
It’s recommended 6 weeks post natural delivery and 12 weeks post c-section. Please consult with your GP.
Do you offer PT service and how do I book?

Do you run sessions in a bad weather?
Beckfit classes run throughout the year in all seasons. Classes are cancelled only in extreme weather conditions like heavy rain, thunderstorm etc.
All participants are notified of cancellation via email minimum 30 minutes prior to the class start time and pre payment rescheduled to another agreed date.
